One scan is counted every time you submit a single image for analysis through our dashboard or API. If an image fails to process due to an error on our end, it will not count towards your monthly limit.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
If you are on a paid plan, you can enable overage billing to continue scanning at a small per-image cost, or you can choose to hard-cap your usage. Free tier users will need to upgrade to continue scanning once the limit is reached.
Yes, you save roughly 20% by choosing annual billing over monthly billing. The prices shown on the annual toggle reflect the monthly equivalent cost.
